Reports have surfaced claiming that Queen Camilla was furious with Prince Harry for rushing back to the UK without palace approval upon hearing of his father’s cancer diagnosis.
It’s said that the Queen was responsible for limiting the meeting between Harry and his father to just thirty minutes.
Harry’s return from the US didn’t lead to any peace talks, as some had hoped. His meeting with his father was brief, with Charles allegedly flying to Sandringham by helicopter, and Harry wasn’t allowed to join.
Details of their conversation and Charles’ cancer diagnosis were kept private. Harry’s trip to the UK didn’t sit well with all royals, as Prince William reportedly had no intention of seeing him.
It’s rumored that Queen Camilla was angered by Harry’s actions, especially when he allegedly asked her to leave the room before speaking to his father.
According to reports, Camilla felt outraged and had endured Harry’s criticisms for years, particularly blaming her for Charles and Princess Diana’s marriage breakdown.
His use of his father’s illness as a “loving son” PR stunt was reportedly the final straw for Camilla. She allegedly told Harry that he was a disgrace to his father, the family, and the monarchy, making it clear that he wasn’t welcome back.
