Francesca Eastwood, the daughter of famous actor Clint Eastwood, was arrested in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
According to reports, the 31-year-old actress had a heated argument with her boyfriend late Saturday night while they were driving around the city. The situation escalated, and Eastwood allegedly became physical during the confrontation.
The Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) conducted an investigation and confirmed her arrest, which took place on Saturday night. Based on statements from the people involved and visible injuries, Eastwood was charged with felony domestic violence. Her boyfriend had noticeable injuries, though he declined any medical treatment. The exact details of the injuries were not revealed.
After the incident, Eastwood’s boyfriend was told to go to a safe location at the BHPD headquarters. The police spoke with both of them before arresting her. Eastwood was taken to the BHPD Jail, where she was booked, and her bail was set at $50,000. She paid the bail and was released from custody shortly afterward.
This isn’t the first time Eastwood has had legal troubles. Back in 2015, she was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). At the time, she pleaded “no contest” to the charge, and the case was dismissed.
Francesca Eastwood is the daughter of Clint Eastwood and his ex-girlfriend Frances Fisher. She gained recognition while starring in a reality TV show called Mrs. Eastwood & Company, which was centered around her family.
Over the past decade, she has appeared in several films, such as Jersey Boys (2014), Final Girl (2015), Outlaws and Angels (2016), M.F.A. and The Vault (both released in 2017), and Old (2021).
In 2013, she married Jordan Feldstein, the brother of actor Jonah Hill, but the marriage only lasted eight days before she filed for an annulment. Five years later, she welcomed a son with her then-partner, Alexander Wraith, who is an actor and trainer.
As of now, Francesca Eastwood has not made any public statements regarding the recent arrest.
