In her last message, Dr. Nix thanked her followers for their support and encouraged new ones to learn about sarcoma.
She talked about her love for her pets, husband, makeup, and family, emphasizing that these were the things that truly mattered to her.
Dr. Nix’s main goal on TikTok was to raise awareness about sarcoma, a type of cancer with over 100 subtypes.
She shared her own experience, starting with a small lump in her leg that quickly grew. She stressed the importance of recognizing symptoms since there’s no screening test for sarcoma.
In her emotional goodbye, Dr. Nix expressed gratitude for the purpose her followers gave her during the end of her life.
She thanked everyone for their support and encouraged donations to sarcoma cancer research in her honor.
