Michelle Obama recently launched a new podcast with her brother, Craig Robinson, where they discuss personal and social issues.
The podcast, titled IMO, premiered on Wednesday, and its trailer immediately caught attention, especially because of ongoing rumors about Michelle and Barack Obama’s marriage.
In the first episode, Michelle talked about the challenges of being married to a U.S. president.
She admitted that when she married Barack, they knew he was intelligent and ambitious, but they had not expected the kind of life they would have in the White House. Being the First Lady from 2009 to 2017 was not easy, but she relied on her brother’s support during that time.
The podcast is designed to be interactive, with Michelle and Craig answering questions from listeners about various life challenges.
They plan to talk about marriage, parenting, friendships, and even dating. One of the key topics will be Craig’s own experiences—his divorce from his first wife and his current marriage to Kelly McCrum Robinson.
Michelle also acknowledged that she has never liked politics, but it was Craig who encouraged her to support Barack in his political career. She reflected on how difficult that journey was, especially with all the public scrutiny their family faced.
