Grandpa’s Hilarious Mix-Up Leaves Son Speechless

One evening, Grandma and Grandpa stayed at their son’s house.

During their stay, Grandpa got curious and looked inside the medicine cabinet. He found a bottle with some small blue pills inside. Intrigued, Grandpa thought about trying one and called his son to ask about them.

His son instantly recognized what the pills were and quickly warned him, saying, “Dad, those are very strong pills, and they’re quite expensive.” But Grandpa was still interested and asked, “How much do they cost?”

His son replied, “Each one is $10.” This didn’t seem to bother Grandpa, who said confidently, “That’s fine. I’d still like to try one.” He promised his son, “Before we leave in the morning, I’ll leave the money under the pillow.”

The next morning, as promised, Grandpa had left money under the pillow. But when the son looked, he was shocked to find $110 instead of just $10! Confused, he called his dad and said, “Dad, I told you that each pill costs $10, not $110!”

Grandpa just laughed and responded, “I know, son. The extra hundred is from Grandma!” This unexpected twist made everyone laugh, showing that Grandpa’s humor and wit were as sharp as ever.

In a second funny story, we meet another grandpa dealing with his energetic 3-year-old grandson at the grocery store. The boy was running around, yelling for candy, cookies, fruit, and anything else he could see on the shelves.

But grandpa remained calm, even when the boy got louder. Every time the little boy had an outburst, the grandpa would quietly say to himself, “It’s okay, William. We won’t be long. Just stay calm.”

At the checkout, the boy started throwing things from the cart, but grandpa still stayed calm, saying in a gentle voice, “Stay cool, William. We’ll be home soon.” Watching all of this, a woman nearby was amazed by grandpa’s patience.

After they left the store, she approached him and said, “I couldn’t help but notice how calm you were with your grandson in there. William is really lucky to have such a patient grandpa like you.”

The grandpa smiled and replied, “Thank you, but I’m actually William. The little troublemaker’s name is Kevin!”
