Garrison Brown, the son of Kody and Janelle Brown, has passed away at the age of 25. Janelle shared a statement about their loss, saying Garrison was a bright light in their lives and that they need privacy to honor his memory.
Garrison’s final text messages are now known. He sent a message to a group of people he knew, expressing his feelings about missing good times. When his mom saw the message, she tried to talk to him but got no response. Worried, she asked his siblings to check on him.
Sadly, before his brother arrived, Garrison had already died. His roommates heard a noise the night before but didn’t investigate. He was found the next morning holding a handgun.
Garrison’s last Instagram post showed him with a cat he adopted, which saddened his followers. People wanted to donate to the shelter where he volunteered, but the shelter remains unknown.
TMZ reported Garrison’s death as suicide. Police found him at home after receiving requests to check on him. He was discovered by his brother Gabriel, and an investigation is ongoing.
