Once upon a time, a woman faced a hard time with her husband. They had just gotten married not long ago. One day, his mom got into an accident, and he needed to look after her. So, he stayed at his mom’s place while she went to work.
One morning, before she went to work, he accused her of cheating because he smelled men’s perfume in their home, especially in their bedroom. She didn’t understand and left for work without sorting it out.
When she came back from work, she found out he changed the locks, locking her out. She tried to talk to him, but he ignored her. She had to stay with her mom.
Later, she found out he not only accused her of cheating but also told their whole family about it. Even his sick mom wanted the expensive wedding ring back and talked about getting the marriage canceled.
The wife was really hurt. She couldn’t believe her husband of five years could think she cheated without any proof. Her friends and family bombarded her with angry messages, making it worse. But then, she remembered she put scented wipes in the bedroom fan to hide the smell of fish she cooked. She showed her husband the wipes and their packaging as proof.
Realizing his mistake, her husband begged for forgiveness. She went back home, but she couldn’t trust him like before. The trust was broken, and she felt betrayed.
Many online people advised her to leave him because his actions showed how little he valued her. They thought forgiving him wouldn’t be easy after such a betrayal. As for what she decided, we don’t know yet.
